Meeting Families Where They Are

The vast majority of our work takes place directly within family homes. By removing the barrier of traveling to an office, we increase the long-term sustainability of our results.

  • Real-World Impact: Working in the home allows kids and caregivers to generalize skills in their daily lives and enhances community involvement.

  • Personalized Care: This model allows for truly customized care that respects the family's environment.

  • Company Fleet: To support your travel, we offer access to our fleet of company cars, ensuring you don’t have to put extra miles or wear-and-tear on your personal vehicle.

A Culture of Safety

Staff safety is our top priority. We maintain a rigorous protocol from intake to discharge:

  • Constant Communication: We utilize a check-in/check-out system for all home visits.

  • Ongoing Assessment: Safety is not a one-time conversation; we conduct continuous assessments of the environments we work in.

  • Let Us Know: We foster open communication regarding your comfort levels and provide the support needed to keep you and our clients safe.

Serving All of Colorado

Not based in Denver? No problem! We are actively looking for professionals to join our teams in Colorado Springs, the Western Slope, the Eastern Plains, and beyond. These aren't telehealth roles—they are about showing up for families across the state and making sure they have access to the same high standard of care as anyone else in Colorado.

Finding the Match

We look for dedicated professionals across varying levels of experience. Whether you’re a Bachelor’s or Master’s level candidate, we focus on finding the right fit for your skill-level and our families.

  • Licensure Support: We provide in-house, free clinical supervision toward licensure. We ensure you are paired with the right supervisor to meet your specific licensure requirements, eliminating the need for costly external outsourcing. Learn more about the path to licensure here!

True Teams

The work we do day-to-day actually saves lives. You’ll feel the responsibility of that mission each moment, but you’ll never carry it alone. We’ve built a massive support system of group and individual supervision so you can always rely on the people around you for ideas, validation, and insight.

Our work environment is all about collaboration and open communication. Because we run such a wide variety of programs, you’re constantly learning from teammates with different backgrounds and gaining exposure to new clinical perspectives. With regular trainings and a team that truly cares about your growth, you'll have everything you need to do your best work and keep evolving as a clinician.
