Youth Corrections - DYC Provider Network The Provider Network program procures services to meet the needs of all committed DYC youth by contracting with various individual and agency providers who offer services such as: day treatment; drug and alcohol treatment; tracking and monitoring; mentoring; family, individual and group counseling; educational support; offense-specific treatment; employment and vocational support; restorative justice; independent living skills; crisis intervention; aftercare; and specialized services such as mental health treatment. The Provider Network recruits providers based on the Regions' identification of providers and services they wish to utilize. On an ongoing basis, Savio's DYC Provider Network produces information used by the Regions to analyze gaps in services and missing treatment options. As part of the DYC Continuity of Care system, the Provider Network develops promising services and sustains those found to be effective in reducing residential length of stay while improving public safety and youth outcomes. |
